"qualia" popular magic word in Japan

"qualia" is a well known word in Japan. This word have grewn in popularity by Mogi Ken-itiro's promotion. Mogi Ken-itiro calls himself a brain scientist who frequently appears in mass media. He says in his publication that qualia is a important scientific problem. The word "qualia" have made Mogi Ken-itiro famous in Japan. But this statement of qualia is false. To be exact, qualia is not scientific problem but philosophical problem. It is impossible to investigate qualia by scientific research. Though his knowledge is wrong, "qualia" becomes a well known word in Japan by Mogi Ken-itiro. In some years from 21th century begining Mogi Ken-itiro was very popular on television and publication. In the last a year Mogi Ken-itiro is criticized by some people. Still Mogi Ken-itiro is a popular writer and commentator in Japan. I think recently Mogi Ken-itiro have changed from a brain scientist to an essayist. In Japan, Mogi Ken-itiro is not a first person who becomes famous for telling people a wrong scientific knowledge. Many Japanese people are weak in scientific knowledge and understanding. In future another person like Mogi who will become popular by a wrong scientific knowledge is appearing again.
